Home Page		The Marino Ballena National Park was created in 1990 to preserve and protect the 4500 ha of coral reef that surrounds Ballena & Las Tres Hermanas Islands. The park extends over 13 kilometers of sandy shores and rocky coasts, and includes the Uvita tombolo, several beaches (Bahía Pedegrosa, Ballena, de Arco and Piñuela).
